Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
3. Creator Submissions & Inquiries
Submitting an application through the "Join Our Roster" form does not constitute a legally binding representation agreement. Official talent representation is established only upon execution of a formal Management Agreement executed by both parties.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
